How OneOn1 handles information shared through this website.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, company or website, and phone number. All fields on the form are required. We email your enquiry to our team so we can respond.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, and discuss relevant services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Where information is held
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Website hosting and security providers process information needed to operate the site. When relevant to responding to your request or delivering an agreed service, information may be shared with the specialists working with OneOn1. Access should be limited to what is needed for that purpose.
Security and spam prevention
The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, and spam controls. To limit repeated submissions, the service stores a hashed network identifier alongside enquiries. We do not store raw IP addresses in enquiry records. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Cookies and external services
This website does not include advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Your hosting platform may use essential access and security mechanisms. Images and fonts used by the website are served with the site.
Retention and your choices
Information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide an agreed service, or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask about your information or request a correction or deletion through the contact form. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
